Singapore, for instance, ranked in third place this year, making it one of the best countries in the entire world for employment within the IT sector. Many of the best software producers either have their headquarters in Singapore or at least a branch in the country. Singapore is increasingly becoming home to some huge IT companies, such as IBM and Dimension Data, while also having new IT businesses springing up all over the place, calling for increased demand in qualified IT personnel.
